In “Family Therapy” the Little Owls Practice works not only with families, but with individual children and adults, couples, and wider groups and communities. We work on the principle that families and groups are made up of individuals who are not the same, but who have something in common which is core to their lives. The idea is to work with groups and families in ways that not only support change in individuals but also in their relationships in the family and beyond, so children, young people and/or those who are important to them feel supported and better able to manage their lives.
Our aim when working with groups and families is to turn “surviving” into “thriving”!
